Danny's professional timeline began in London’s club culture during the 00's with roles both on and off stage and led to consultancy and academic work with both UAL London College of Fashion & Westminister University Menswear Archive. His uncompromising and unapologetic work with young talent has produced some highly successful talents in the UK, most notably prolific musician and producer Chunky of Swamp 81 and activist, musician and political editor for Dazed and Confused magazine, Gaika. His experience of street culture, the music business, fashion, and sport have led to his directorship of TPG - with a strong focus on youth culture and internationalism.

Strats personifies many lessons the music business can learn about integrity, authenticity, honest music, and business with no unnecessary frills and flourishes. Managing the day to day careers of rapper/producer Sonnyjim & the wildly talented Chunky, Strats also has a hand in creative strategies for brand and label clients who seek to create colourful campaigns. Strats is also one of the most important voices to come out of Greater Manchester's prolific emcee and bass music culture - with several solo projects on Exit Records & Tru Thought, collaborations with artists such as Zed Bias, dBridge and Calibre, & a long standing partnership with Dub Phizix.
Mont Jake
Mont Jake is a writer / producer / multi-instrumentalist born in Denmark and based in East London. Jake spent the first chapter of his career focused as an artist creating a unique take on soulful R&B, picking up collaborations with the likes of Noname, BADBADNOTGOOD and WuTang’s Masta Killa on the way. Now, Jake has turned this knack of collaboration towards writing and producing for others. Reflecting his eclectic musical taste, Jake has been focusing on a wide range of artists and genres.

He got his start at Mainframe Entertainment, where he honed his skills in animation and directing commercials. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the animation industry, including Pixar Animation Studios, 20th Century Fox, and Blue Sky Studios. He was an animator on several iconic films such as "Toy Story," "A Bug's Life," "Toy Story 2," "Monsters, Inc." and "Finding Nemo." Stephanie Hamilton, with over 25 years in the animation industry, has extensive experience as a producer, including a 15-year tenure at Pixar. She has also sharpened her craft at smaller animation studios, Tonko House and Kitestring. At Songchain, she produces the first animated series, "Good Morning Kevin," and supports smooth operations and communication between the creative teams. Stephanie works closely with co-founder Andrew Gordon to ensure day-to-day success.

Jin Jin is a multi-platinum songwriting powerhouse. As a Senior A&R at Parlophone Records, she has made a significant impact on the music industry. She is also the founder of both Jinsing (a label and management company) and Raggamuffin Records (a publishing company). Jin Jin has co-written UK chart-toppers "Hold My Hand" by Jess Glynne and "Not Letting Go" by Tinie Tempah featuring Jess Glynne. Her diverse talents have led to collaborations with a range of artists including David Guetta, RAYE, Jax Jones, Burna Boy, and Rita Ora.

Andrew Gordon, co-founder of Songchain, is a renowned animator with 20 years of experience at Pixar. He has made an indelible mark on the animation world as the lead animator of beloved characters such as Mike Wazowski from Monsters, Inc., Marlin from Finding Nemo, and Edna Mode from The Incredibles. Andrew has also worked on iconic films such as Toy Story 2 and 3, WALL-E, Ratatouille, Finding Dory, and Cars. After his time at Pixar, he served as Head of Animation at DNEG and worked on the critically acclaimed Minions 2.

Having served at top organizations such as Be-Hooked and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Harrison stands out with his unique blend of marketing and A&R proficiency and strategic creative decision-making. Tristan Tusa
Tris Tusa, a former Sky Sports employee, transitioned to the web3 space in 2022 and became a crucial member of The Other Songs team. At Songchain, he manages the web3 division and oversees animation production, working closely with co-founder Alastair to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, Tris co-founded OnChain, a thriving community of 130+ web3 founders.

Tom Glasgow is a seasoned entrepreneur and the CEO and founder of Hive7, a prominent web3 consultancy.
